Billing and refunds
Premium renews at $4.99 monthly or $24.99 annually in USD, plus applicable taxes. Annual subscriptions are billed in one payment.
Use Manage billing on the Premium page to cancel future renewals. If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected]. Cancellation does not itself refund previous payments.
For duplicate or incorrect charges, or paid access that did not activate, email your account address and charge date. We investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. Other refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Never email full card details.
